I remember her vividly - it was always a great pleasure to see her name on my list of patients as she was such an enthusiastic and jolly person that I would be instantly cheered up at just the sight of her name. I had begun to think she was immortal because she came back years after years always cheerful and matter of fact about her illness and I thought that perhaps her strength of spirit would carry her through.
